PRINCIPLE

The Flash-JET DPF cleaning machine uses a high-pressure water-based pulse technology to clean diesel particulate filters (DPF), SCR catalysts, DOC, and FAP filters. Specialized cleaning systems pressurized water mixed with dedicated cleaning agent directly into the filter channels. The pulsating water flow dislodges accumulated soot, ash, oil residues, PM10 particles, and cerium oxide deposits trapped deep within the filter substrate — all without cutting, baking, or welding the filter housing.

An integrated three-stage water filtration and recirculation system ensures clean water is used in every cycle, while the built-in drying module completes the entire cleaning process in one seamless operation. Siemens PLC control with touchscreen interface allows operators to monitor and record before/after flow data for quality verification.
