Industrial Dry Ice Cleaning Machines & Blaster Systems

KEER offers advanced dry ice cleaning machines designed for non-destructive industrial mold, automotive, and heavy-duty surface decontamination Zero secondary pollution with dry ice sublimation; no equipment disassembly required; on-line non-stop cleaning available.

PRINCIPLE

It sprays solid carbon dioxide (dry ice) pellets onto workpiece surfaces at high speed. Dirt is peeled off through three effects: physical impact, thermal shock (frozen and embrittled at -79℃) and micro-explosion effect caused by dry ice sublimation and expansion.

SOLVING PAIN POINTS

Perfect for live electrical components, precision molds that cannot be cleaned with water, and special working conditions where secondary waste such as sand residues and sewage are not allowed to generate.

ICE-JET 15 Pro Dry Ice Blasting Machine — Efficient & Eco-Friendly Industrial Cleaning Solution

The ICE-JET 15 Pro is a powerful dry ice blasting (Dry Ice Blasting) cleaning system developed by KEER CLEAN. It uses dry ice pellets as the cleaning medium, blasting them at high speed for non-abrasive, non-contact cleaning. It effectively removes oil, residue, coatings, and other contaminants from industrial equipment and parts without damaging the underlying surface.

The core advantage of dry ice cleaning technology is its environmental friendliness and zero secondary pollution: the dry ice sublimates directly into carbon dioxide gas upon impact, leaving no waste, wastewater, or residue. The process allows cleaning without disassembling equipment, significantly saving time and maintenance costs. It is ideal for a wide range of applications including automotive parts, molds, machinery, electrical systems, and more.

Core Advantages of Dry Ice Cleaning Technology

Dry ice sublimes instantly, leaving no secondary waste or media to clean up—only the removed debris.

Zero Secondary Waste

Non-conductive and waterless, allowing for safe cleaning without equipment disassembly or downtime.

In-Place & Non-Conductive

Non-abrasive process protects mold precision and extends the lifespan of expensive industrial assets.

Non-Abrasive Cleaning

Eliminates cooling or drying stages, allowing machinery to return to production immediately after cleaning.

Dramatic Downtime Reduction

Frequently Asked Questions About Dry Ice Cleaning Machines

What is dry ice?

Dry ice is the solid state of carbon dioxide (CO₂) formed at a temperature of -79 °C. Carbon dioxide is naturally found as a gas on Earth. It is non-toxic and tasteless, and often used to saturate drinks to give them a fresh taste and prolong consumption. Dry ice is also used in the food industry to cool food or applied in health services.

When the dry ice cleaning machine forces tiny dry ice pellets blasted on to a surface, the unwanted contaminants freeze and fracture, then an explosion of energy takes place, resulting in the thorough removal of unwanted coating, such as grease, oil, paint, rust, adhesives, tar, ink, dirt, resins, etc.

Dry ice blasting works via three physical mechanisms. Firstly, kinetic effect: dry ice particles are accelerated to high speeds. Secondly, thermal effect: the particles at -78.5°C strike dirt layers, causing instant cooling, contraction and cracks. Varying thermal expansion coefficients break the adhesion between dirt and surfaces. Thirdly, sublimation: solid carbon dioxide instantly turns into gas on impact, expanding around 700 times in volume. The sharp expansion strips dirt off thoroughly.

What is the core value of the dry ice cleaning method?

Dry ice blasting is a cleaning method that is effective, gentle on the cleaned materials, and environmentally friendly. The dry ice cleaning process only removes residues and no secondary waste is produced. Dry ice lets you gently and ecologically clean deposits of sediment and residue without needing to dismantle any of your equipment. Therefore, save time and considerable monetary costs.

No water is required, non-conductive, no need to dry allows for immediate use after cleaning;

No chemical is required, no secondary waste, environmentally responsible;

Clean in-place, no disassembly required, no need to rinse or cool, reduce production downtime and unplanned maintenance, increase production efficiencies;

Clean faster and more effectively, decrease cleaning time and labor costs;

Non-abrasive, eliminate wear and tear on machinery or parts;

It is also non-toxic, odourless, and suitable for any surfaces-metal, wood, and concrete, even on fine wood grains, glass, or textiles;

It is workable for different dirt/coating, such as grease, oil, paint, rust, adhesives, tar, ink, dirt, resins, etc;

Dry ice can inhibit the growth of bacteria. The dry ice cleaning process also stops the growth of fungi and spores and reduces the presence of other biological contaminants.
