PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This system is completely customized design, it can be manufactured to one or multiple stages, including pre-washing, washing/degreasing, rinse, blowing, passivate/ phosphate/descaling, drying, and/or cooling, so that they are ready either for the next stage in the manufacturing process or for dispatch；

It is perfect for installation in any production lines, where machines have to run continuously for 24 hours；

Parts can be washed/degreased and dried inside and outside, above and below. Ultrasonic function or accurate spraying nozzle arrangement ensures 360° coverage without blind area for excellent cleaning result；

SUS 304 or SUS 316 stainless steel compact construction for low maintenance and long service life；

Removable doors for easy access to internal chamber;

Thermal & sound insulation;

Adjustable working speed;

Stainless steel belt in a variety of widths;

Automatic detergent dosing available;

Electric, gas, diesel or steam powered fluid heating;

Parts loaded and unloaded manually or automatically;
